On Wednesday, we had @PigsFeetUnder on the @iolo_tech backlot for lunch. Featuring “rolls” and “balls”, PFU serves up a fusion of flavors featuring pork all wrapped up in freshly made tortillas right on the spot. I ordered the combo which includes your choice of roll and a pair of balls (LOL!). My co-worker and I ordered the pork belly and al pastor rolls, and tried the mac ‘n cheese and sofkey balls. Really yummy—loved the balls and my favorite roll between the two was the al pastor. Looking forward to their return! #GFT @foodtruckarmy (Taken with Instagram)
